By accessing or using TinyHeroes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Service Description
TinyHeroes is a family reward-tracking application that helps parents record and celebrate their children's good deeds. The service enables families to log positive behaviour, view weekly and monthly standings, manage prizes, and generate AI-illustrated deed images. The service is intended exclusively for private, non-commercial family use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
· Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
· Add a child's personal data without that child's parent or guardian's consent
· Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
· Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service
4. Account Termination
You may delete your family and all associated data at any time via Settings → Family Settings → Danger zone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, without prior notice and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The TinyHeroes service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated deed images are produced automatically and may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results — we accept no liability for such output. In no event shall TinyHeroes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. 6. Governing Law
